Hope everyone had a good
Valentine's Day. I did! Lemme start with that... Justin had the rest of the day off so we went to Wiregrass mall which is an outside mall (but not an outlet!) for a while and walked around. After we got bored with that we decided to get something to eat... which wasn't the best idea because we were reallllllly hungry and it was late (4 o'clock) and even though our dinner reservations were later in the evening... they came on pretty fast and when we got to Seven Seventeen South we were still full from lunch! Our reservations were around 8:40 and we got there really early.... we killed some time by walking around, when we got back around to the restaurant Justin had this awesome idea of seeing if we could get in early... which we did! They had the place set up really nicely. There were rose petals on the floor and on the bar. Very romantic! The food was amazing... can you say 4 course meal?? Because that's what we had! All the food was wonderful. I was very brave and had escargot and it was actually very good once I got around the whole issue of having a snail in my mouth. Justin helped me with that one... I picked my first one up... stared at it.... smelled it.... and made a face to which Justin said "Don't do that! Don't think about it just eat it" and I did. It was very buttery and it didn't even taste like a snail? That was my appetizer, my main course was grouper! I neeever get fish when I go out because nobody can cook it as good as my momma... but the chefs at Seven Seventeen South do a hell of a job. Dessert was last and it was painful eating it but every bite was worth it! Flourless chocolate something-or-nother layered with chocolate ganache drizzled with raspberry and chocolate sauce. My mouths watering just thinking about it. Here's a picture of us all dressed up --

Personally, I think he looks rather dashing in blue... it really brings out his eyes =] Everything was perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better Valentine's day.
On another note, I've been thinking of a list of things I want to do.
1.) Take the doors off my closet. So I can get to the rest of my clothes in my closet
2.) Go back to hanging my shirts up instead of folding them
3.) Ironing all my shirts so I can hang them back up
4.) Start folding my pants instead =] this will give the illusion that I don't have that many... I don't have that many.... honest....
5.) Read a freakin book!! It's been waaaay too long.
aaaand thats where it stops for now... until I add more!
